Machine shops, metal fabrication businesses, and manufacturing facilities have one thing in common. Larger shops have a cnc machining center, Bridgeport CNC milling machine, cnc Hardinge metal lathe, cnc cutting table, and other automated equipment using CAD CAM software to produce the necessary G-code to run the machines. Steel suppliers typically have a Clausing horizontal bandsaw or cut-off saw, shear, shop crane or overhead gantry crane and other material handling equipment. Welding shops have a mig welder, tig welder, wire feed welder, fixtures, jigs, brackets, and possibly a cnc cutting table and water table. Oxy-fuel gases they use include C02, propane, acetylene, nitrogen, argon, etc. Machine shops will generally have one or more milling machines and metal lathes equipped with an assortment of end mills, drill bits, band saw blades, knurling tool and knurls, thread dial, coolant system or systems, collet closer and R8 3c or 3at collets, shop vacuum, air compressor, hydraulic and arbor press, etc. Automotive and truck manufacturers have a tubing notcher, drill press, milling machine, tubing bender, plasma cutter, arc welder, and similar tools. All will work with stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel plate, drill rod, cold roll and hot roll steel, steel tubing. Some specialized shops have a kiln, and do hardening and hard facing. Shops use both single phase and 3 phase (three phase) current.

OK! Shops use similar machinery, tooling, consumables, and electric current. They appear to have not just one, but many things in common. So what is the one particular thing they have in common? Answer - they would all benefit greatly from the machine featured in this web site - the DrillmasterCNC drilling machine.
